A solitude é saudável.

The sun falling asleep

Disappointments are part of life, frustrations too …. Disagreements happen …. Sometimes we win, we lose the other …. Some days we wake up happy, in other circumstances may cause us to wake up distressed …. Not everything in life is how we want it …. WE ARE HUMAN …. So we raise our head and we believe there is always a better day;-)

The sun falling asleep. It evokes the peaceful feeling in us before we slumber off to our dreams. Or can it be the awakening of a new day that sparks the imagination of what could be. Either way, the whole embodiment of a dream seduces our soul and makes us long for peace and longing so melodically.

Quem sou eu

Eu gosto do risco. Dos que arriscam. Tenho admiração nata por quem segue o coração. Eu acredito nas pessoas livres. Liberdade de ser. Coragem boa de se mostrar. Dar a cara a tapa! Ser louco, estranho, lindo, chato! Eu sou assim. Me provoque. Me beije a boca. Me desafie. Me tire do sério. Me tire do tédio. Vire meu mundo do avesso! Um beliscãozinho que for, me dê.

My new RUF•ROD Brazilian Swim Collection by RUFSKIN

Posted on: June 19th, 2012 by Rodiney Santiago No Comments

RUFSKIN swimwear has always been heavily influenced by Brazilian style.  Sungas, a popular cut in Brazil, are synonymous with comfort, masculinity and sex appeal.  Today we are announcing a new line of Sungas inspired by me.

“The collaboration between RUFSKIN and me Rodiney is a natural fit.” accord to RUFSKIN President Douglas Coats, “I am excited to be working together with RUFSKIN IT is a winning combination that we think everyone will love.”

This collection of swimwear called SUNGAS in Brazil, includes solid color blocks, mesh and patterns with a color palette chosen by me and RUFSKIN designer Hubert Pouches.  I was heavily involved with the fit of this line to ensure its Brazilian authenticity.  The suits are named after cities from the Atlantic coast of Brazil like Angra, Lagoa and Busios just to name a few.

Manufactured in Southern California, the new RUF•ROD line will be available this summer at RUFSKIN Boutiques, on rufskin.com and select retail partners worldwide.

Horrible, hateful, divisive, evil human being

I have to share this. How can a Pastor who represents a religion that follows Jesus be such a horrible, hateful, divisive, evil human being? It’s an embarrassment. God says to love our neighbor as yourself. Thats why i dont like Religion it makes people crazy. Just saying…
“I figured a way to get rid of all the lesbians and queers,” he says in his sermon, delivered on May 13. “Build a great, big, large fence — 150 or 100 mile long — put all the lesbians in there… Do the same thing for the queers and the homosexuals and have that fence electrified so they can’t get out… And you know what, in a few years, they’ll die.”
A person can believe what they want but when you incite hate and death towards another group of people, in my mind that is borderline criminal activity and should not be tolerated in church or out of church. I am sure God i so mad seeing people using hes name to judge people. God bless his little fucked up heart.

I still believe in Love

I learned that love and happiness are totally different feelings. You can’t be with some one just because you love that person. I learned that my happiness has to be priority. Fighting for love is worthless if the other part is not willing to do the same as you . The greatest love will knock your door freely.

Love is beautiful if it balance the two parties. I know Sometimes it’s so hard to understand how love works, but I am so proud of my heart… it has been played, stabbed, cheated, burned and broken but somehow it still works. That means i still believe in true Love.

Freedom of Expression

I am very disappointed about “Couples Therapy” i knew we couldn’t participate in a legal sanctioned proposal as the straight couple was able to do. Now next week is the season finale and very little if any time has been spent with us. The entire show has been all about the straight couples. Extremely insulting to Gay people. It’s as if the gay couple don’t have anything to add, or do with the world of Couples Therapy. I am thankful for the things I learned doing the therapy but unfortunately we didn’t have chance to share it with you all on tv. I apologize for you expected more about us but we can not control the straight editors… what makes me mad in America is people want to be cool about differences, but they are not. I don’t believe that straight people Are the most of the population. Just 50% gays is not out! But still 50% / 50%.

I have received many hundreds e-mails from the Fans with the same opinion, i really felt it and I can not be afraid to express my feelings and thoughts.. it was one of the things I learned doing therapy. I will always speak up.

The sanctity of gay Marriage and Family

Posted on: May 2nd, 2012 by Rodiney Santiago 2 Comments

ok! you can love the same sex. you can marry the same sex but where the same rights as straight people have? i live in a country where gays will ruin the sanctity of marriage but Kim Kardashian get free passes. I live in a country where the values of marriage and family are to be preserved, but divorce is legal.

They hate us cause we cant have any kids and then they hate us ’cause we can. What does a 4 year old think about having two parents of the same sex? Nothing, because the kid is 4 years old. Hetero sexism is taught by straight people who don’t know what they are talking about.  WHAT A SHAME!!! EQUALITY FOR ALL!!!!!!!
